We are not responsible for issues caused by misconfiguration or external filtering.

10. Phishing Simulation Consent

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and consent that:

  • Employees may receive simulated phishing emails

  • Some simulations may mimic real-world threats

  • Results may be tracked for reporting and educational purposes

You are responsible for ensuring employees are appropriately informed and authorized.

11. Not a Replacement for IT, Compliance, or Incident Response

Our services do not include:

  • Digital forensics

  • Live incident response or emergency services
